The grans will be linking up with Dementia UK to work on their next charity project ‘In Our Hearts’. The project will celebrate and remember all of those who we have lost or are in the process of losing to dementia. The aim is to create a giant heart made up of lots of smaller handmade hearts be it felted, crocheted, knitted etc. Makers will be encouraged to add a name tag to personalise their heart for a loved one. As always 100% of proceeds will go to charity.
