The Grans will be linking up with Dementia UK to work on their next charity project, ‘In Our Hearts’. The project will celebrate and remember all of the loved ones we have lost to dementia. The aim is to create a giant heart made up of lots of smaller handmade hearts, whether it be felted, crocheted, knitted etc. Makers will be encouraged to add a name tag, to personalise their heart for a loved one. As always, 100% of the proceeds will go to charity.
