Westpoint Exhibition Centre at the Devon Showground, Clyst St Mary (1 mile east from junction 30, M5 on the A3052)

Westpoint is just one mile from junction 30 of the M5, providing direct access from London, Birmingham, Bristol and Plymouth. For Westpoint, exit the M5 at junction 30 and follow the A3052 Sidmouth road for one mile. Westpoint is on your left hand side.

Visiting by Train

Exeter St. David’s provides direct rail links to all major cities in the UK. The station is 6 miles from Westpoint.

Visiting by Bus

National coach and bus services call at Exeter Bus Station in the centre of Exeter. The bus station is 6 miles from Westpoint. To book tickets or find out more information please visit www.nationalexpress.com.

The number 9 bus from the Exeter Bus Station on Paris Street runs approx every 30 minutes during the day (except Sundays). The journey time is around 20 minutes. Westpoint is a request stop. For more information please visit www.stagecoachbus.com.

Visiting by Taxi

Visiting by Plane

Exeter International Airport is approximately 2 miles from Westpoint and is connected to a large number of domestic and international airports.

By Rail
Exhibition Centre is SEC’s own dedicated railway station allowing easy access from the city centre and the suburbs. Six trains an hour from Central Station (Platform 17) will bring you to Exhibition Centre station in a journey time of just three minutes.

By Bus

Buses can be accessed from George Square (near Queen Street Station) and Union Street (near Central Station). For timetable visit www.firstglasgow.com

By Foot

The Clyde Walkway runs right past the SEC. There are two footbridges which cross the Clydeside Express Way (dual carriageway connecting the west end to Glasgow city centre) at both the front and rear of the campus.

By Road

Leave the M8 at Junction 19 and follow the signs for the SEC. Entry is off Finnieston Street.

Parking
The SEC multi-storey car park is at 10 Stobcross Road, Glasgow, G3 8YW. Parking is also available at The Science Centre – 50 Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1EA. Disabled visitors wanting to catch the buggy to The SEC will need to park at the SEC.

By Car
Follow the directions for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13.

By Rail
The Jubilee Line and Docklands Light Railway (DLR) provide the quickest route to ExCeL.

By Air
London City Airport is located five minutes from ExCeL. Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton are also easily accessible.

EAL Cable Car

Arrive in style with a unique flight on the Emirates Air Line cable car for just £2.50 when you show your Creative Craft Show ticket/confirmation.  Fly across the Thames with spectacular views of St Paul’s Cathedral, The Gherkin, Thames Barrier, Maritime Greenwich and The Olympic Park. The Emirates Air Line cable car transports you from North Greenwich via London’s highest observational point over the Thames in less than 10 minutes.

EventCity is easily accessible by car. If travelling from the M60 take Junction 9 for the A5081 and follow signs for Barton Dock Road. SatNav postcode: M17 8AS.

By Bus/Rail
Manchester Piccadilly – Bus service X50 or 250 from Piccadilly Gardens Bus Station descending at the EventCity bus stop. Manchester Victoria – Bus service 100 (every 12 minutes) or Service 110 (every 20 minutes) descending at The Trafford Centre bus station

EventCity will be running an express Shuttle bus from the main bus stop at the Trafford Centre to EventCity.

Please note, the ML1 shuttle bus from Stretford tram stop is no longer running a service to EventCity.
