How old is a senior?

60 and over.


Do children (under 16) need a ticket?

Not when accompanied by a paying adult. VIP tickets are not available for Under 16s.

What is the cost of a group ticket?

Groups of 10 or more are from £5 a ticket for show entry only. Please call to book 01425 277 988.


Can I bring my dog?

Dogs on leads are welcome at our spring & summer marquee shows but are not permitted in the food marquees. Assistance dogs are permitted at all venues.


How much do disabled and carer tickets cost?

Carers and disabled visitors need a ticket each. These are available at the venue on the day or in advance from the ticket office by calling 01425 277 988. Priced at £6 each at NEC and London shows and £4 at other venues. (VIP tickets are not discounted but a carer can accompany a disabled VIP for £6 but will not receive a goody bag or other VIP Perks).


Do I have to pay to park?

This varies by venue. Please check their websites or visit our How to get there pages. It is cheaper to pre-book parking when visiting the NEC.


Can I pre-book parking?

Pre-booking is advisable at the NEC but not available at other venues


Is there a shuttle bus to the Westpoint Exeter show?

Yes – this runs from Exeter St David’s station approximately every 30 minutes and is free of charge.


Is there a shuttle bus at the EventCity Manchester show?

Yes – it runs from the Trafford Centre.


Can I show my ticket on my phone?

Yes. Please note venues can have weak wifi signals preload them onto your device before leaving home.

Can I change the day of my ticket?

Please call the ticket office 01425 277988 and we will authorise a change of day as long as there is still availability.


Why do I need to choose a day to visit?

Some of our venues can be very busy and we need to manage visitors numbers for health and safety, and comfort.


Can I make a return visit the next day or do I need to buy another ticket?

We offer re-visit vouchers at our Manchester and Exeter events and the Country Craft Shows. Please ask in the organiser’s office before you leave. (Multi-day entry tickets are available for other events).


Can RHS and English heritage members access our Country Craft Shows for free?

Members with valid cards can access our outdoor events (does not include entry into the house and gardens). Excludes Country Homes & Interiors. 


Does my ticket to a Country Craft Show include entry the house, gardens/woods?

An additional ticket is required.


Can I buy a ticket to access the house and grounds at a Country Craft Show?

Yes – you can upgrade to a house ticket on the day but it may be cheaper to buy in advance.


What are the concession rates for VIP tickets?

There are no concessions for VIP tickets as the value of the perks exceeds the ticket price.


Do children need a ticket for the VIP area?

Under 16s cannot access VIP areas.


When will workshops tickets be available?

Bookable workshops are usually available about 6 weeks before a show. Sign up for our newsletter to be advised when they go on sale!


How do I book a workshop?

Choose buy tickets for the event of your choice and select your workshop from the drop-down list.


Does my workshop ticket include entry to the event?

You will need to purchase a separate entry ticket (certain workshops are exempt, please query if you are unsure).


Does my child need a workshop ticket?

Yes – children attending workshops require a ticket and some workshops have age restrictions.


How do I hire a wheelchair?

Please visit the venue website for details.


Is the venue suitable for wheelchair users?

All our indoor venues are fully accessible. Outdoor and Marquee events may be difficult for some disabled visitors to navigate. If visiting the houses please contact them for accessibility advice.


Do I need to bring proof of my disability?

It is advisable to bring your blue badge if travelling by car but we do not ask for proof at the ticket booths.


Is there disabled parking?

This is available at all our venues. Please display your blue badge in your vehicle. Please visit the venue’s website for details. Charges may apply.


Can I get something to eat at the show?

Yes – there are catering outlets at all our shows


Is there a cloakroom, shopping depository or suitcase storage at the venue area?

All our indoor venues (except Exeter) have cloakrooms for which there is a small charge where you can leave items.

Can I get a refund?

We regret ICHF Events do not offer refunds.
